Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you accept these terms. Your order is an offer; our acceptance happens when we send the order-confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists.

Prices

Prices are in GBP. We are not currently VAT-registered, so VAT is not added or shown. Prices may change at any time, but never after a contract is formed.

Descriptions

Each item is described as accurately as we can manage. Photographs may not capture every detail of a handmade piece; small variations are part of the work, not a defect.

Shipping

We ship within five working days of order confirmation unless we’ve told you otherwise. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
