Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have fourteen days from the day after delivery to change your mind about an item bought from us. Send us a note at hello@bertrams.boutique within those fourteen days and we will send return instructions.

How to return a piece

Items must come back to us in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake. We recommend a tracked, insured service — we can’t be liable for parcels lost on their way back to us.

Once we’ve received the piece and confirmed its condition, we’ll refund you in the same way you paid, within fourteen days.

Exceptions

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons.

  • Pieces made to order or significantly personalised.

Faulty items

Contact us within thirty days of delivery and we’ll arrange free return postage and a full refund or replacement. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything written on this page.
